Group Show
Hay Hill Gallery’s 2015 exhibition schedule opens with a group show over two floors- a chance to experience the variety of creative talent they currently represent. This year, works include Victoria Kovalenchikova’s gleaming azure earth maps alongside Ilia Petrovic’s dark feathered paint spills; Jones Keyworth’s smoky London landscapes with Jacky Tsai’s intricate floral designs; Penny Crofts’ heat visions and Oliver Estavillo’s savage cartoonery; Michael Sole’s wild seascapes and Nicolas Ruston’s scratchy pop-art. The Group Show features works by Nicolas Ruston, Victoria Kovalenchikova, Oliver Estavillo, Ilia Petrovich, Eugene Brimmerberg, Penny Crofts, Graham High, Igor Tcholaria, Jacky Tsai, Maurizio Camatta, Olga and Sergey Kamennoy (KAMU), Marek Dutka, Roger Aslin, Michael Sole, Peter Blum, Brian Brooks, Bruce Clark, Diana Armstrong, Jones Keyworth, Zoe Benbow, Ali Jabbar, Afshin Naghouni, Carlo Mirabasso, Timur D'Vatz, Hani Mazhar, Pancho Malezanov, Robert Bissell, Robert Walsh, Will Martyr, Stanislav Plutenko, Amanda Wigglesworth, Patrick Altes, Tim Benson, Adriana Saavedra, Vadim Markevich, Miki Reimann, Marie Louise Wrightson, and others. The exposition will be changed several times during the group show, so visit us regularly to see all of these remarkable paintings. These artists are known for their aesthetic beauty, technical diversity and bold originality; there are no shrinking violets here. Subsequently, the group shows at Hay Hill Gallery demand focus and proper time to take it all in. Strong opinions are encouraged, no sitting on the fence- it is impossible to come away having seen nothing you absolutely hated or completely fell in love with. This cleverly curated exhibition showcases a wide range of paintings from the abstract to the hyper-real, promising to be an extraordinary feast for the eyes. |
